Are we a WINZ supplier?
Yes. We can supply you with a quote for WINZ, let us know what size cabin you would like and we can help you with that.
How much are your cabins?
Our rental cabins start from $90 per week.
How much is the bond to secure a rental cabin?
$400 for our rental cabins.
Do I get the bond back at the end of the contract?
Yes, if the cabin is returned in excellent condition, your bond will be refunded.
How much is delivery?
$199 for the Matamata-Piako areas (not requiring a hiab). For any other location, please contact us for a quote!
Do I need council consent?
Often site rules differ — small portable cabins may not require full building consent if under certain sizes and uses. We provide guidance and can connect you with local specialists.
How long does delivery & installation take?
Typical delivery is 2-5 weeks after your deposit has been made (depending on avaliability).
Can I rent short-term?
We offer weekly rent options with a minimum 6 month rental term. We also offer rent-to-buy and purchase options.
What utilities are needed?
Cabins require access to a standard power source within 15m of the placement site.
Self-contained units also need water and wastewater connections, which must be arranged by you through a licensed plumber. We can recommend local providers.
Can I customise the cabin?
Yes - floor plans, exterior colour, flooring and other finishes are able to be customised when purchasing a cabin. Please contact us for options.
